Your imagination is being triggered all day long by TV, pictures, radio, other
people, movies, things you read, etc. You have complete control over what you
imagine. It's not like when you unconsciously dream every night.

You use your imagination every day.
(We all conjure up thousands of images in our heads).
You use your  imagination to solve problems, to rehearse a future situation, to
remember things, to escape your reality, to mentally practice certain skills, to
brainstorm, etc, etc.

For example, maybe you imagined what you were going to have for breakfast,
lunch or dinner. You mentally smelled it, tasted it, saw it, felt it, or even heard it
cooking.
It could have affected you physically too, your stomach may have started growling,
your mouth may have watered, and you may have smiled and licked your lips.

Think about this.  The food you imagined wasn't there, so your subconscious mind
didn't distinguish between fantasy and reality. Do you see how power-ful the
imagination can be?

Now how about I suggest that you visualize something?.

Make yourself comfortable. Relax in your chair, (or wherever is most comfortable
for YOU).
Close your eyes and imagine a juicy, tender steak seasoned to perfection.
Take your time. Enjoy the experience.  If you like steaks, you more than likely had
those same experiences happen to you which I described above.

The 'visualization' above was open-ended. I just suggested what to imagine and
you did the rest.

You created the mental movie or scene.

You used your inner senses, past experiences and future visuals to experience it
how
you wanted to. It happened so quickly that you weren't even consciously
aware of it.

I also suggested that you should relax; relaxation is one of the key ingredients
used to open up your subconscious mind to be
receptive to your suggestions
and the suggestions of others.

People relax by getting comfortable, closing their eyes, and wearing loose
clothing, etc. It also helps to mentally TELL yourself to relax when you close your
eyes.

Sometimes it might be difficult to anticipate which mental suggestion will trigger
the right responses.

The more
targeted your suggestion, the less distance it needs to travel to reach
your subconscious mind, which  means;
 it will take effect more quickly.

When you 'trigger' your imagination, you can go into a 'flow-state'  (or zone).
It's like when you are totally focused on a movie or thought, and you don't pay
attention to anything else.
You have no time awareness, just like in your subconscious mind.
This ‘flow state’ can lead you directly to your
objective target.

You will find that if you just make a simple recording of the thoughts you'd like to
'Trigger' in your sub-conscious mind, and play it to yourself through your
headphones from say, your MP3 player or similar, the effect will be dramatic.

Simply tell yourself several times in a soft voice to 'relax'. Tell yourself you WILL
be relaxed by the time you count down from 5 to 1, and that the things you are
about to say WILL be acted upon by YOU.
You can list several 'trigger' thoughts or 'goals' in the session.
(It's up to you how long you wish the session to last.)

Once done, you then tell yourself you will count from 1 to 5, and on the count of 5
you will be released from the session, and that you will ACT on the suggestions
you made to yourself.

It really is that easy. Don't let anyone tell you differently. You can achieve wonders
using this method.

(And NO! it can't harm you in ANY way either. YOU are at the end of the day
always in control).

Some of the most successful people you KNOW or have HEARD about, secretly
use this method to DRIVE home their desired 'triggers'.

Just 5 -10  minutes a day can have an AWESOME effect.

Please, close your eyes, relax, and imagine your giant oak tree, with those small,
perfectly formed leaves densely covering the whole tree.

Now see each lower leaf as a   five pound note.

Do you see how thick the foliage is on the bottom branches?
Do you see how it thins out as it gets higher up the tree?

Do you also see that the middle branches have
twenty pound notes on them,
and that the very top branches have......................
fifty pound notes?

Keep that image in your mind,
and whenever you are sitting around daydreaming. Dream about taking your trip
UP that tree to the very top!
where every leaf is worth £50- each.

It will cost you nothing but your FREE energy to climb that tree, but just think of all
the twenty, and fifty pound notes you will collect on the way.

But be warned! This tree is a living entity, and if you wanted to take the EASY
route and just GRAB all of those
£5- leaves from the very bottom branches, you
KNOW what will happen to your tree.

EXACTLY the same as would happen to the tree/plant in your garden.
You would asphyxiate it by removing its very lungs it needs to breath.

Those lower leaves must stay put.
